“Hot Pot” is a popular style of family dining.  Sometimes it’s called Chinese fondue or fire pot.  The concept is a shared pot of steaming broth in the middle of the table in which groups cook their chosen ingredients.  Some say this style of cooking originated from Mongolia, China.  Wherever it started from, it’s a dining tradition that is now practiced all over the world. Most Asian cultures have their own version of ‘Hot Pot’.  We invite you to experience ours.
