Yummy, duck for staff lunch today.

If you haven’t tried our roast duck, pepper skinned duck or Peking Duck, you’re missing out on one of our speciality.  Our ducks are stuffed with Chinese herbs, steamed, roasted and lastly, flashed fried for an extra crispy skin.

Flash fried food is submerged for about one to five minutes and healthier than deep frying.  Since the duck has been thoroughly cooked with steaming and roasting, it doesn’t need to fry for more than two minutes for a delicious, crispy skin.
