$40 per person minimum 4 people ($30 per person without wine pairing)

Creamy corn with Dungeness crabmeat soup

Entrees paired with choice of Raymond Reserve Chardonnay 2009 Napa or Sharecropper’s Pinot Noir 2009 Oregon

Almond filet of sole Cantonese style- Crispy, light filet of almond encrusted sole served with Asian aioli sauce

Chiang-Sha chicken- marinated slices of chicken breast stir-fried with Chinese black mushroom, sweet red bell pepper in savory garlic sauce and served over crispy deep-fried gai lan (Chinese broccoli)

Spicy sesame beef- all natural Harris Beef’s top sirloin prepared with decadently, sweet sesame sauce and served with crispy rice noodles

Dried sautéed string beans- most popular vegetable dish, must try, can’t describe

Wild mushroom and asparagus fried rice- Chinese black mushrooms, organic shiitakes, golden mushrooms and steamed asparagus
